"Dear Davor,
thank you for your email. I decided to answer. I know that it is rather for
cry but I was laughing really (I can afford it now), because I know what you
are talking about. I am one of those who took part in the race last year for
the first time. I have some experiences because I hike from my age of 4, but
I would not call myself an experienced adventure racer - just to be honest.
Me and my partner, we evaluated our chances and decided to try, not to win,
but try.

Coming to the race was a big surprise. We could not buy map at the start, we
did not get sim-card and organizer himself looked like just had fallen from
the Moon asking us how much we were supposed to pay - chaotic, frantic and
disoriented. None of the competitors had the full equipment as asked in the
guidelines - well - except us. Finally we got a xerox - black and white:o) -
of a map and race started. We had the luck that we got lost and quit the
race in the afternoon. We let Simun know - as he asked us to - that we
withdrew and the furthest position we could get before nightfall. We also
asked if there is any hope for lift. Answer was better than expected - no
simple no, sorry, but he was too busy than to be interested, lots of people
injured... - find your way out. Luckily plan B was about to come with car in
2 or 3 hours so we finished at 23 on the borders of park.

Your letter just convinced me abut what I was thinking and showed me that we
got out of the race in luxury way. I am glad that I went there, because that
bit of the nature I sow - I liked very very much and I am planning to came
back, but this time on my own.

It was a pleasure to get to know you. Best regards and good luck"
