All teams finished orienteering section
22. 8. 23:07 – All teams are past orienteering section. Last teams on the course finished orienteering during dark, which caused them problems. Organisers from CP14B said, that Rekre and Adventure PSK looked tired and it is not clear whether they will fulfill limit of TA A (CP17) at 4am.

First injuries
22. 8. 23:02 – Unfortunately, there were first injuries. Member of favorized team Tilak injured his ankle during descent to CP18. Team now progresses to CP19 and they will see, whether it is good or not. Earlier in the race, during skating section, one member of Stika & Drak team injured finger on hand. 22. 8. 19:08 – All teams without any problems progress between checkpoints. Fins are still in the lead followed by Tilak. Third place has Sport2000. Differences between teams remain about the same. Following leader there is a bigger group, most of the pack is within 30 minutes. Watch the times of the teams live in the results section. Omjakon races as a world class
22. 8. 14:03 – Fins just swept through the TA and during two minutes left for canoying stage. Omjakon leaves the rest far behind
22. 8. 13:37 – Finish team Omjakon just flys between checkpoints on their luxury air-mattrasses Nokia. They are already on CP9 and are quickly heading to the start of canoying stage. |
